By installing or using the MCP Server for Odoo module (“the Software”), you (“the Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. The Software is provided by KSRO Labs, operated by Rajat (“KSRO Labs”, “we”, “us”).
The Software is licensed under the Odoo Proprietary License v1.0 (OPL-1). Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software on a single Odoo instance for the subscription period.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed on the Odoo App Store listing at the time of purchase. Billing is managed by Odoo S.A. through the Odoo App Store. KSRO Labs does not store or process payment card data.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Odoo App Store. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.

The Software transmits your Odoo business data directly between your Odoo instance and Anthropic's Claude. KSRO Labs does not access, store, or process this data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data KSRO Labs does collect.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Claude (via Anthropic) complies with your own privacy obligations towards your Odoo users and customers. Specifically:
The Software provides Claude with read and write access to your Odoo data, limited to the permissions of the Odoo user account used to authorize the connector. You acknowledge that:
The Software enables integration with Anthropic's Claude AI. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic's Terms of Service. KSRO Labs has no control over Claude's outputs, availability, or pricing and is not responsible for any actions taken by Claude.
The Software runs on your own Odoo server. KSRO Labs does not guarantee uptime of the MCP endpoint — that is determined by your Odoo hosting provider. KSRO Labs' license validation service has a best-effort uptime target but is not covered by any SLA.
The Software requires a valid active subscription and a reachable KSRO Labs license server to remain functional. If the license server is unreachable for more than 7 days, the Software may enter a grace period mode with limited functionality.
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. KSRO Labs does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KSRO Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Software, even if KSRO Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
KSRO Labs' total cumulative liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Email support is included with all subscriptions. Response time is within 1 business day. Support is provided in English. Support covers installation, configuration, and bug reports. It does not cover custom development, Odoo configuration, or Claude usage.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ends and the module will cease to function after the current billing period. You must uninstall the Software from your Odoo instance upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KSRO Labs is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice via email or the Odoo App Store module changelog. Continued use of the Software after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
